Production Materials Procurement

We procure the materials required to manufacture your product, including commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and custom components and other items manufactured to project specifications. Our service includes supplier identification and evaluation, quotation review, agreement on delivery terms, and order management and tracking.

We monitor quality and on-time delivery, and identify suitable alternatives when availability, lead times or project requirements change. Where required, we coordinate sample approval and PPAP documentation for automotive components.

We use modern digital tools, including ERP systems and artificial intelligence solutions, to improve the management of materials, orders and deliveries.
