Im Jahr 2023 \u00fcbernahm Valentin Zhelyazkov die operative Leitung von Phonotronica, nachdem er mehr als 15 Jahre Erfahrung in der Herstellung elektronischer Module f\u00fcr die Automobilindustrie, Medizintechnik, industrielle Anwendungen und Avionik gesammelt hatte. In dieser Zeit leitete er zahlreiche erfolgreiche Projekte zur Entwicklung und Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsst\u00e4tten im Bereich der Elektronik und Mikroelektronik. Im Jahr 2024 \u00fcbernimmt Momchil Gergov die Position des Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrers von Phonotronica. Nach 25 Jahren Erfahrung in allen Phasen der Produktion und im Gesch\u00e4ft \u00fcbergibt ihm sein Vater, der Gr\u00fcnder Georgi Gergov, die Leitung des Familienunternehmens. Er hat sich auf das Design von Produktionsprozessen spezialisiert und bringt umfangreiche Erfahrung in Projekten f\u00fcr internationale Kunden im Automobilsektor mit.
