At the end of November 2024, Fonotronica successfully completed the second and final stage of certification under the IATF 16949 standard for automotive component manufacturers. Obtaining the IATF 16949 certificate will support the company's technological development and the expansion of its client portfolio.

Phonotronica is in the process of IATF16949 certification which is a mandatory industry requirement that aligns automotive quality management systems throughout the world.. The first stage of the certification was completed in September 2024. The IATF 16949 certification will make a significant contribution to expanding the customer portfolio and technological development.

The highly motivated team at Fonotronica continues to set ever greater goals and conquer ever higher peaks—literally. After climbing Mount Vihren in Pirin mountin in 2024, this year's teambuilding took us to the Rilas mountin peak Musala. Our highly skilled employees give 100% of themselves, both when working and when having fun.

Phonotronica is advancing the digitalization of all its production and business processes. The project started in 2023 with the launch of the first version of an ERP system, fully developed by our in-house team. The next phase is set to be completed by the end of 2025, with the goal of transitioning to 100% digital documentation.

The team at Phonotronica can overcome any challenge, not just in the production of electronic devices. During our summer team-building event in June, we climbed Mountain peak Vihren together and conquered the wild waters of the Struma River while rafting.
